Cafe sketching in Paris

The plan was to do a little sketch and then I just kept adding more detail.  And then I realized, I really should  plan for the time, because it always takes longer to do a simple sketch than I think it will.  

I take back an earlier statement I made about wearing leather

Apparently, you can wear leather when you're a senior,  if you have that grizzled, Parisian thing going for you.

There was a sketch here that I WISHED I had gotten, but I couldn't because the guy was  scoping out the cafe. You really can't make eye contact by accident with those guys.

French Teenagers

LOOK AT THE BOYS' HAIR!  Seriously anime style!   What was great was how every few minutes, one of the boys would feel compelled to fluff his 'do, to maintain maximum volume.
